New bookings or extensions of existing bookings not reported or intimated to the office by customers will not be considered, and the office will not be responsible for the same.

Time and kilometers will be opened and closed at our office
(10–10 kms minimum; may vary depending on distance from office).

Parking charges (Airport / Railway / Bus Station, shopping malls, etc.), toll tax, permit charges, and border taxes will be charged at actuals.

For outstation trips, the number of days will be calculated as calendar days.

Driver bata will be charged for duties before 06:00 hrs and after 22:00 hrs for local duty.

Service tax and other applicable taxes will be charged extra on the total bill.

If a booking is cancelled after the vehicle has left the office, cancellation charges will apply as per 5 hours / 50 kms basic minimum, charged at ₹750.00
(charges may vary depending on the vehicle hired).

Ghat road charges may be applicable depending on the route and vehicle chosen.

Tariffs specified for Airport Pick-up and Drop are valid only within city limits. Any distance beyond city limits will be charged extra.

Mid-night driver charges of ₹200.00 will be charged extra.

All disputes are subject to Visakhapatnam jurisdiction only.
